Port Louis- Port Louis is the capital of Mauritius and a terrific tourist destination. It is well connected from all over the world. The Chinatown, Jummah Mosque, The Place D'Armes are all popular destinations here.
Pamplemousses Botanical Garden- This is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Mauritius. It is well known for its White Lily Pond, the stag Park, The Tortoise Pen, the Old Sugar Mill model and so on. It is located in the North of Port Louis
Grand Baie- This originally used to be a poor village, but is now a favorite tourist destination. Black River Gorges National Park, Blue Penny Museum, Grand Bay, Pereybere are all popular destinations in Grand Baie.

Eureka House – A popular tourist destination is the Eureka House which is a beautiful Créole residence originally owned by British and French aristocrats in the 19th century. You could find here a lot of antiques and photographs of the past.
Domaine Les Pailles- This is a fascinating place which is essentially the reconstruction of an old Sugar Estate and you can find here such places like the reminiscent of the 18th Century Sugar Estate, a natural reserve, a horse riding centre and a casino.
Curepipe- Curepipe is the second big port after Port Louis. It is home to a whole lot of import companies and the Mauritius Broadcasting Company, the Carnegie Library, the Royal College secondary school, and the Mauritian Academy of Language and Literature.
Mahebourg- This historic place in the southern coastline of Mauritius is one of the places that have a grand history associated with it. Some of the highlights of Mahebourg are The Naval Museum, The Handicraft village and the Le Preskil Beach Resort.
Rivière Noire Gorges- This is a fantastic tourist attraction which is essentially a beautiful village. Some of the popular attractions of the Riviere Noire Gorges include the Black River, Black Sugar cane farms and Varangue Sur Morne.
La Vanille Crocodile Park- A must see tourist attraction is the La Vanille Crocodile Park which is famous for Radiatas, Aldabras tortoises. The glittering forest and luxuriant fauna makes the place a great tourist destination.
Le Caudan Waterfront- One of the most popular shopping destinations, the Port Louis Harbour is a great place for chilling out. You could find here shops, restaurants, a marina and five star hotels.
